If in the unlikely event you need to return your items to us within 30 days, please contact us via the eBay messaging system "contact the seller" (found on your eBay Order) so that a return authorization is issued.
Returns must be received in NEW condition with original packaging. Once we receive the return we will issue a refund less all shipping fees incurred. Any new item that is returned and found to be used is subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Returns with missing parts or accessories are subject to a 50% restocking fee. - Returns that have been modified or altered are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Airsoft guns with missing orange blaze tips will not accepted. Refunds will be issued to the original method used for purchase.
Returned items must not have any signs of abuse or intentional damage.
